Retail Sales: Returns & Refund Terms
If in the event your purchase is damaged in transit or the wrong product has been sent we will happily refund* your money or exchange the product after reception of the returned product(s). We will cover the cost of returning the product(s) based on standard courier and Australia Post fees.
* Please note that delivery charges will be reimbursed when Premium Vins is at fault. In all other circumstances, including the return of products following a change of mind, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to the customer.
- Please note that all products returned or exchanged must be in their original condition and packaging.
The liability of Premium Vins is limited solely to the replacement of any lost or damaged goods during transit for the value of the product(s) concerned. This will be done after confirmation by the transporter.
Proof of purchase (copy of receipt) must be provided to obtain a refund.
In the event that your product must be returned, please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed after the product has been received and inspected by Premium Vins.
In the event the customer changes his/her mind upon reception of the goods and returns a product(s), the cost of returning the product(s) will be at the customer’s expense. The refund will not be processed until reception of the returned product(s) in its original condition.
In the case of an ullaged bottle, the bottle must be returned at least 80% full and proof of purchase from Premium Vins is required. The product will be replaced if still in stock or refunded. As ullage/cork taint (TCA) is beyond our control, the delivery fees for the return of the product(s) will be at the customer’s expense. This procedure is only applicable to products from estates exclusively imported by Premium Vins (see Our Producers) for which we are the sole distributor for Australia. Ullage claims will be accepted within 7 days of the delivery day, claims due to TCA (cork odours) will only be accepted within 6 months (180 days) of the delivery date.
