Retail Sales: Delivery Terms
Deliveries will be done once the full payment has been received.
Mixed orders requiring re-packing may delay the delivery by an extra day.
Orders are dispatched during business hours Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm
Customers holding an account with Wine Ark in Sydney may request an internal transfer of the product.
Please contact Wine Ark concerning their handling fees.
Deliveries are provided by various third party couriers such as Fastway, Australia POST and ELITE Logistics. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a “notice card” will be left at the premises. This card will advise you of the next steps required to obtain delivery of your order. The tracking number for your order will be included in your order’s confirmation e-mail, it will give you the most up to date information regarding the whereabouts of your delivery. This service is available for Australia Post and Fastway via their website.
A delivery may be left unattended in a safe place undercover (away from the sun and rain) as per the customer's request and instructions, but this will be at the customer’s own risk. When products are left unattended, Premium Vins will not be responsible and liable for the theft and damage of product(s), including damages due to any type of climatic exposure.
A delivery may not be done for the following reasons:
- There was no one in attendance and there were no clear delivery instructions authorising us to leave the parcel in a safe place.
- The person receiving the goods could not provide proof of age as no orders will be left with a person under 18 years of age.
We may charge for re-delivery if we are given incorrect address information/instructions.
We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.
For Sydney Metropolitan area only, depending on the courier services used we may contact you about 1 hour prior to the delivery between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
Premium Vins reserves the right to delay a delivery due to climatic conditions.
Products will not be sent on a Friday if the climatic conditions over the weekend are not favourable, this will be determined by Premium Vins.
Premium Vins is not able to accept requests to delay the dispatch of any orders.
Each order may only be sent to one delivery address. If you need to send products to more than one delivery address please place a separate order for each delivery address. Once an order has been completed you are not able to change the delivery address.
All products must be examined on delivery. Any claim for missing, damaged or incorrect products must be notified at the time of delivery to the driver and indicated on the delivery docket or advise Premium Vins within 24 hours of delivery to email@example.com
Deliveries made outside the terms and conditions set by Premium Vins and any urgent/special delivery request by the customer that incur extra delivery fees will be charged to the customer, unless other arrangements have been made by the customer.
The customer agrees that the risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery of the goods.
No replacement, credit or refund will be forthcoming on stock broken or damaged on the customer’s premises.
Delivery charges are per case of 6 to 12 bottles. Spend $400 or more for FREE freight to all areas via standard courier services.
